Sarah is a Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (“MAAO”). She has more than fifteen years of experience in providing services to local governments. She has earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Entrepreneurship/Marketing from Central Michigan University.
Mary Evans
Mary is a Michigan Certified Assessing Officer (“MCAO”). Mary has more than ten years of experience in providing services to local governments. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administrator from Davenport University.
Kayla Marchington
Kayla is certified as a Michigan Advanced Assessing Officer (“MAAO”) with more than ten years providing services to local governments. She has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
Ethan Carden
Ethan is certified as a Michigan Certified Assessing Officer (“MCAO”) and has five years of experience providing services to local government. Ethan also manages this website and assists PCS by developing automation tasks that improve data handling and management efficiency.
Nicholas Kurncz
Nick is a licensed Building Official and Plan Reviewer in the State of Michigan. He has more than twenty years of experience in the building industry and more than four years as a licensed inspector. He earned an Associated Degree in Applied Science Architecture Technology from Lansing Community College.
Kristy Hall
Kristy has more than ten years of customer service and administrative support in the public and private sector. With an educational background in business management, she is a senior administrator with supervisory responsibilities in the provision of building and trade services to PCS clients.
Nicole Orth
Nicole has more than ten years of customer service and administrative support in the private sector. With an Administrative Assistance certificate, she has three years of experience in the provision of building and trade services to PCS clients.
Ben Preston
Ben has more than five years of experience in providing services to local government and has primary responsibilities at PCS to enhance existing systems through introducing and implementing new technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness . He has earned a degree from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Cybersecurity and General Management.
Contracted Staff
PCS utilizes independent contractors for the provision of some building and trade inspection services. These independent contractors have been vetted via long term relationships with PCS.
